i had to clean the asbestos off while exploring an old asylum, photo by maggie. for some reason the fall of troy's latest release "doppelganger" slipped under my radar for a few months and as of late it's all i've been listening to. this is the most fun i've had listening to music in a long while, the only way to really describe them is hot cross + the completely spazz out parts of the blood brothers + the genuine awesome rock parts in the mars volta. listen to them here. every week or so i share what i have titled "emo email of the week" on a board that i post on. this comedy gold stems from upset 14 year old kids who don't see the parody in how to dress emo (which is probably four years old by now), on with the show...
