holy shit, 10 minutes after the last post i get this, i swear to god i can't make this stuff up. somewhere chris simpson just took a shit more "emo" than these kids. From : julie emerson Subject : emo "site" i don't think it should even be called a site because it is sooo lame! a website is A set of interconnected webpages, usually including a homepage, generally located on the same server, and prepared and maintained as a collection of information by a person, group, or organization. u don't even have that! u have a bunch of badly drawn shit u decided to throw on a page and say it was true! it's so wrong and dumb i can't even believe the internet let u put it up. if u knew anything about emo and the emo culture (if u have ne questions u can ask me) u would know u are making terrible mistakes! u can email me at xemorockx@gmail.com if u want me to tell u how to do it right!

How is it even possible that a)these kids are just now seeing this, and b)are honestly getting this upset?

amazing.

you should let her tell you how emo is done right.

how did kids decide that "emo" was a good thing? "back in the day" no one wanted to be called an emo kid. i guess the times have changed.

i also enjoy how all the kids immediately start bashing on your work, which they are either familiar with, or enjoyed until they found your "how to dress emo" site.

emo kids...

These damn kids should read "Nothing Feels Good: Punk Rock Teenagers, and Emo" done by a contributing writer for Spin. These kids should enlighten themselves. But they would probably say "Thats not emo".

They should know "emo" started in the 80's. And no bands want to be called emo. Nowadays, its actually become a corporate logo.
These crazy people are a joke.

this girl says this like "the internet" is a committee that votes on which web pages to allow and which to veto. I am guessing shes maybe 14, possibly even 12.

I happen to love your "emo" site. I found it a long time ago, and it always cracked me up. What emo has become is a joke these days and the kids just don't understand. Punk kids called me emo, but it wasn't something nice, If you played this 11 year old kid emo music from lets say 94 maybe 96, they would hate it.

I love your art, I have a print sitting next to my computer.

Emo culture my ass. Emo isn't a culture. Emo is some overated music genre that has taken over to many lives of 13 year olds. This little girl isjust tricking herself by saying what she said.

Sodd off emo fags.

You're right these things never get old. I was sat in a lesson reading these last two quickly and just started laughing. Probabaly shouldn't read this in college.

The comment "your a complete failure." made me laugh. How many t-shirts have you sold since season 3 was lauched? Still waiting in anticipation of my shirts - can't wait!

Anyway, get a life Rob stop taking the piss out of kids who take all of this way too seriously. Actually, don't... The response is too funny!

You should do a "How to dress fashion-core" or something. I'm sure that would be interesting.

Wow.I must say, it is pretty pitiful that anybody wastes their time commenting this crap. Hey, good job, you guys can "insult" someone. Get the fuck over yourselves. Either that, or get a fucking life, besides shit like this. It's pitiful, really, that making idiotic comments on somebody's hatemail makes you feel like you're funny. Good job on that one, assholes.

lol, anyone with xemorockx@gmail.com is exactly what these websites are mocking. 3 months from now she will come back and realize how right you are.

i think today's average "emo" (hottopic, radiopop, myspace) is just a result of the stuff thats on tv today. Between movies, cartoons, and basically every drama, the shows often portray charecters consumed with dating and crushes. distraught if they're not noticed by someone who they dont have the self confidence to talk to. MTV tells them what will make them hip, and theyre friends tell them whos cute and worth having affection for. it would be interesting if TV shows had plots where charecters are happy getting all their schoolwork done, are easily willing to let go of infatuations, and maybe just a tad bit more opened minded. maybe then after sleeping and cheating their way through seven hours of school, they wouldnt haveto come home and spend the remainder of the day transfering all of their feelings concerns and regrets into binary via myspace.com
