new shirt of the month finally available! pick it up here also, i'm afraid maggie and i are responsible for my neighbor either having to hand over his dog to the proper authorities, or killing it. when we moved in a month ago the thing was stuck outside all day and would never stop barking. after two nights of losing sleep over it i decided to call the police and file a noise complaint at 3am. eventually the cops came and the dog went inside and we fell asleep. i had to repeat this process the next two nights at the same hour since the owner continued to let his dog bark. this is where my years of making prank phone calls came in handy, i really had the operator on the other end believe that this dog's barking was a life and death situation and it needed to be resolved immediately (imagine me saying "some of us have to wake up at 6am for work") after the third night of my complaining we noticed the owner finally listened to the police and kept his dog in at night, then we noticed we didn't hear the dog at all. it has now been about 4 weeks since we seen or heard from the dog, i hope he is ok!
