about name – dan dobi location – orlando, fl status – taken, sorry ladies! click for resume with all the good music that is neglected by radio stations and mtv, i try to give a stronger identity to bands that deserve recognition.  the live videos i shoot usually consist of 2-3 different angles.  these videos wouldn’t look half as cool as they do without my partner in crime and fellow co-cameraman chris misun.  as far as editing goes, i edit with final cut pro hd on my g5 powermac. other than music videos, i’ve worked on several films working within the camera department, as a director, 1st ad, and vtr continuity. i’m often found carrying around a notepad, tracking elements of my everyday life or ideas that may arise.   i’ve written a good deal of shorts and currently am in the process of writing a feature that has plans to be done by march 2005. majority of what i know, i have taught myself through practice, reading manuals/books, and trial and error.
